This is to ensure the smooth running of all survey projects. They are well versed with the importance of survey objectives, fieldwork techniques / procedures and questionnaires as an important instrument for data collection and the role of collecting feedbacks from respondents.
Training is carried out before the field-personnel commence on the pilot and actual surveys and they are constantly supervised by experienced researchers from Rehanstat. Field data validation is carried out during the training. This is an essential step to ensure quality data are collected.

Datin Dr. Rehana has over 40 years of working experience. She began her career as a researcher at MARDI and then as a lecturer at the MARA Institute of Technology for 13 years and eventually ventured into business with REHANSTAT Sdn Bhd, a data management and analytics company established since 1992.
