1995

- Moved to the same neighborhood with bigger office space
- Widened target market to serve both public and private sectors
- Handled the year long panel survey on Domestic Tourism
- The birth of internet in Malaysia.
- The company had its first JARING dial-up account

1997

- Moved to Innovation House, Technology Park Malaysia with better infra & info structure and amenities
- Launched website domain:

- Developed survey on-line (SOL) as part of market research tools
- Among interesting projects secured were study on the Direct Selling Industry in Malaysia (Ministry of Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs), Pilot Study on the Malaysian Netpreneurs (National Information Technology Council/MIMOS), Analysis on Human Resource in the ICT Industry (Multimedia Development Corporation) and Market Study for “Recruit/Career”, a weekly tabloid newspaper specifically catered for employment recruitment (Utusan Malaysia Berhad)

2000-present

- Moved to present location at Plaza Mont Kiara, Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur
- Established local and global networks through active participation in associations such as ESOMAR (a global market research organization), Market Research Society of Malaysia, Malaysian Institute of Management, Outsourcing Malaysia, SPSS user group, and National Association of Women Entrepreneur Malaysia
- Partnered with affiliates in Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Brunei to carry out a tourism project awarded by Tourism Malaysia. The project is considered as the company’s biggest achievement thus far
- The company’s presence is recognized by organizations such as Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Malaysia Airlines System Berhad, Tourism Malaysia, SIRIM Berhad, Malaysian Agricultural Research Development Institute, SME Bank Advisory Centre, Multimedia Development Corporation, Lembaga Pertubuhan Peladang, Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, Universiti Tun Abdul Razak among others.

2010

- Set up a market research call center to compliment and value add to company's 'data - information - knowledge' framework and services
