Zulkifli has a Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) from University of Toledo in Ohio, USA. He has over 16 years of experience in data analysis, forecasting and writing quantitative and qualitative reports. His familiarity with SPSS, a statistical software, enables him to work effectively with his team members in successfully handling sizeable projects covering various areas of tourism, manufacturing and IT industries and other business needs.

At the initial project execution, he identifies appropriate sampling design and sampling methodology to match the needs of the study at hand. Zulkifli designs survey instrument and oversees the training of field supervisors and interviewers. In the process of report writing, he collates secondary and primary data collected.

At REHANSTAT, he has worked on different projects with various ministries, government agencies and private sector. Zulkifli’s capability in designing survey questionnaires, his excellent clientele rapport and overall project coordination is a contributory factor to the success of each project that he undertakes. He also monitors industrial training students generally from University Teknologi MARA.

Before his attachment to REHANSTAT in 1995, he worked with the Tourist Development Corporation of Malaysia, PEMPENA Consult Sdn Bhd, and PETRONAS for a span of 8 years.
